At LAMODA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your LAMODA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
